Over 20 years of transactional real estate experience including five years of investment and development experience and 17 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience.

Since 2009, Feola has been instrumental in the execution of real estate investment and development projects. His extensive knowledge and experience in the acquisition, underwriting and disposition of real estate is regularly relied upon.

Andrew was primarily responsible for implementing corporate strategy with regard to the acquisition, entitlement, development and disposition of real estate. Specifically, Mr. Feola managed in-house and contract professionals (architects, engineers, brokers, lawyers, and project managers.) in order to add value to real estate investments.

From 1989 through 2006, Andrew was a commercial real estate broker. In 1999 he joined the international real estate brokerage and services firm, Cushman & Wakefield. He joined Cushman following ten years of experience with Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate where he was a principal and shareholder of the Los Angeles based commercial real estate brokerage firm. At Cushman, Andrew excelled at matching the firm's wide variety of real estate services with the real estate needs of multi-national corporations such as Twentieth Century Fox, The Walt Disney Company, Deluxe Laboratories, TIAA-CREF, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Deutsche Bank/RREEF, EarthLink and WPP.

Throughout his career, Mr. Feola has excelled at solving complex real estate challenges through an honest, creative, hands-on approach.

While studying electrical engineering at the University of Southern California, Mr. Feola cofounded Perfect Output, Inc., a sophisticated, value added reseller of micro and minicomputer systems. The company became known for its ability to integrate management information systems in a number of challenging industries. Four successful years later, he sold his interest in the firm to begin his career in real estate.
