Designed and developed in 2002 by Geringer Capital, Hill Country Villas has been a mainstay in the San Antonio housing market, maintaining occupancy and top market rent levels even as new construction flourished in the area over the last several years.

Geringer Capital is an approved U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Developer. Construction of Hill Country Villas was originally financed using HUD Section 221(d)(4) and later replaced with conventional agency financing through Fannie Mae in 2008.
